• Reservations must be made online through Apex Hotels booking engine, or by contacting our Reservations team.
• The rate includes accommodation with full breakfast each morning, as well as an Easter Egg for children between the 4th - 21st April.
• Kids (0-5 years) eat free when booked on this rate, kids 12-16 years enjoy 50% off full menu price when booked on this rate. Adults enjoy 20% off the restaurant food bill (lunch and dinner only).
• The accommodation element of this package is discounted from our Flexible rate for the relevant room type at time of booking. The discount from this rate is equal to 20% per night for a two night stay. The discount applied is reflected in the total rate shown at time of booking.
• Our bedroom rates will fluctuate over time. No further discount or adjustment to the booked and confirmed reservation price will be applied.
• Reservations can be cancelled at no penalty up to 2pm the day prior to arrival. Cancellations after this time, or non-arrival, will be charged a penalty equal to the price of the first night of the booked stay.
• Rooms on this rate are subject to availability. Certain dates and/or room types may be closed on this rate or have minimum length of stay restrictions applied.
• Qualifying minimum length of stay applies. Should the length of a booked stay reduce, the price may revert to the higher, non-discounted rate for the night confirmed. No refund or credit will be given for unused or cancelled nights.
• Rates are inclusive of VAT. In the event of an adjustment in the rate of VAT, no change will be made to the price of the confirmed reservation.

• This rate is not applicable on Group, Event or Corporate reservations.
